“ELLE” IS NATASHA DAVID…

German-born  & New  York  City-based  bartender.


After  working  in countless  bars  around  New  York,  Natasha  opened  in 2014 Nitecap,  where  she  was  a  co-owner.  Nitecap went on to become an internationally recognized and award-winning bar that was forced to shut its doors in 2020 due to Covid. Today she runs the bar and beverage consulting company You & Me Cocktails with her partner Jeremy Oertel. Her first book, Drink Lightly, is being published by Clarkson Potter in April of 2022.

CEO  of  Julep  Cocktail  Concepts  in  Switzerland.


This cocktail girl boss has moved through the ranks of catering, hospitality and customer service,  instilling  in  her  an  openness  to  the  world  around  her.  Developing  a  real  passion for cocktails, Faye was inspired to offer a professional service – and Julep Cocktail Concepts was born! Established in 2012, Faye’s tailor-made catering service is dedicated exclusively to cocktails made with the best products, fresh ingredients and passionate precision.

“ELLE” IS ZANA MÖHLMANN…

Born and raised Dutch with Surinamese roots, Zana originally wanted to join the army, but she discovered the world of mixology in Thailand and became passionate about the profession.
And since then, she has won several national and international cocktail competitions. Besides full-time bartending, Zana is also the brand ambassador for Lillet in The Netherlands.
