2 dashes bitters

4 parts dry sparkling wine

pinch of flaky sea salt

Cocktail recipe

In a wine glass filled with ice, combine ingredients, topping with the sparkling wine.
Add 1 or 2 very thin lemon or orange wheels directly in the glass, if desired.
