10cl of ginger beer
2cl of lemon juice
a slice of lime
mint leaves

Cocktail recipe

  1. To begin, fill a wine glass with ice cubes – you can also use an iconic copper mug.
  2. Add Lillet Blanc, fresh lime juice and top up with ginger beer and a squeeze of lime juice.
  3. To finish, garnish with a fresh slice of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
