Defy the trend – make it fruity. The Lillet Mule is a modern twist on the classic Moscow Mule, adding the French touch of Lillet Blanc to create an uncomplicated yet refined cocktail.

Cocktail recipe

To begin, fill a wine glass with ice cubes – you can also use an iconic copper mug.
Add Lillet Blanc, fresh lime juice and top up with ginger beer and a squeeze of lime juice.
To finish, garnish with a fresh slice of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
