Ingredients: 5cl of Lillet Rosé; 4cl of cherry juice; 4cl of passionfruit juice; 1 dash of lemon juice; 1 dash of hazelnut syrup; ground hazelnuts; whipped cream

A delicious, classically French winter treat. Sophisticated and elegant, the Lillet Noisette is perfect for slow sipping on chilly winter evenings. The whipped cream and hazelnut topping adds a little extra delight.

5cl of Lillet Rosé

4cl of cherry juice

4cl of passionfruit juice

1 dash of lemon juice

1 dash of hazelnut syrup

Cocktail recipe

Add Lillet Rosé, cherry juice, passionfruit juice, hazelnut syrup and a dash of lemon juice to a small saucepan.
Heat gently – but make sure it doesn’t boil! Once the cocktail is warm, pour in a heat resistant glass and top with whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts.
